Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

Mesbah Lab sells digital products including design templates, themes, and other downloadable content. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing download or access to purchased content
  • Product significantly differs from description or preview
  • Duplicate purchase (accidental double purchase)
  • Product files are corrupted or incomplete

3. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for refund consideration.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after successful download
  • Lack of technical skills to use the product
  • Compatibility issues with third-party software not listed in requirements
  • Products that have been successfully downloaded and used
  • Custom or personalized products

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Product name and purchase date
  • Detailed reason for refund request
  • Screenshots or evidence if applicable

6. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Your access to downloaded products may be revoked
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion, particularly for bundle purchases where only some items are affected by the refund request.
